Delivery Video Footage Requirement: Customers must provide delivery video footage from the start to the end. If no footage is available or if there are disturbances like pauses in the video, the store holds no responsibility.

Order Fulfillment Policy: Orders are processed on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. In case of duplicate orders, priority will be given based on the order time.

No Return Policy: All sales are final. Customers must finalize their purchase decisions before completing the transaction, as there is NO RETURN policy in place.

Enquiry Availability: Customer service is available for inquiries from 11 AM to 5 PM (local time).
