Unboxing Protocol
To claim damages or missing items, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video from start to finish. If the video has cuts, pauses, or is missing, the store holds no responsibility.
Order Priority
All orders are processed on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. In the event of duplicate orders for a unique piece, priority is strictly given based on the timestamp of the transaction.
No Return Policy
As our items are bespoke or limited edition, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all details and measurements before finalizing your purchase.
